Step 1: Go to the Official Website

 

 

If you work in Nigeria, especially if you’re a civil servant, visit the official website, credicorp.ng. Look for the “Register Now” button, it’s big and bold. Click on it. You’ll land on a page where you need to fill in your personal details.

 

That means your name (first, middle if you have one, and last), phone number, email address, and date of birth. You also need to say if you’re a man or a woman, and where you live and where you’re from. Once that’s done, move on to the next page.

Step 2: Why Do You Need the Money?

 

After filling in your personal details, you’ll get to a page where you explain why you want the loan. You also need to say how much money you can pay back in six months.

 

If you’ve borrowed money from a microfinance bank before, tell them. And if you have, say how much. Don’t forget to put in your National Identity Number.

 

Step 3: Tell Them About Your Job

 

Now, you need to talk about your job. Tell them how many years you’ve been working and how much money you make every month.

 

 

Also, say which bank puts your salary in your account. Lastly, give them your bank account details for the loan money.

Step 4: If You Have Another Job

 

If you work somewhere else as well, let them know. This is optional, though. If you do have another job, fill in the details like how long you’ve been doing it and how much you earn. Also, say which bank gets your money.

 

Step 5: Face Capture

 

The last step is easy. They just need a capture your face as per instructions. After that, you’re done! Your registration is complete.

Then you will receive a pop up like the image above to show your registration was successful.

Remember, the deadline for this first round of applications is May 15, 2024. So make sure you finish everything before then. Good luck!
